Student Information Sheets

If you are an educator you know how important it is to know all about your students in order to connect with them in a meaningful way. What are their likes and dislikes? What is their favorite color? Just as important as knowing their likes and dislikes is knowing how to contact their parents in case of an emergency or if they have any type of allergy, etc. This parent contact information is more formal information that is necessary to collect at the beginning of the school year in the event that you need to use it.
