Drinking enough water in a day seems like such an easy thing to do, but while you may think you’re drinking enough…are you really? There is only one way to find out and that is by tracking your daily water intake!

Drinking plenty of water every day is likewise beneficial to your skin, joints, and kidneys. Not to mention it also helps with workouts and can even improve your mood!
Though the amount of water you need to drink daily will vary depending on several factors such as age, activity level, the temperature where you live, whether or not you are pregnant, etc. the most common amount cited is approximately 8 cups (or 64 ounces/half a gallon) of water per day. We’ll be the first to admit that water can be very refreshing but after a while, it can also become very monotonous. So try introducing things like teas or fruit-infused water for some variety. Some of our favorite combinations are mint + lime, strawberry + lemon + basil, and cucumber + lemon + watermelon.
